Caps & Sizes

There are many ways to find the right size for the children’s cap.

1. Measure the child’s head circumference:

Place a thread around the child’s head and mark the place where the thread meets.
Place the thread on a tape, measure and see how long the thread piece is.
You can find in our Size Chart which size corresponds to the head circumference in cm. [/sg_popup]

SOULBUDDY Caps = Set of 2 consist of 1x ADULT Cap & 1x KIDS Cap

FAMILY Caps = Set of 3 consist of 1x ADULT Cap & 2x KIDS Caps

Of course, you can also choose additional ADULT & KIDS caps in our shop and put them together individually.

If your SOULBUDDY caps are dirty, wipe the area with a damp cloth.

Please do not wash your caps in the washing machine.

The SOULBUDDY Caps are available in a set of 2 and in a set of 3. Both sets contain 1x ADULT Cap and 1x and/or 2x KIDS Caps.

You can choose from 3 sizes for the KIDS Caps (S, M or L). The ADULT caps are “One Size (54-60cm)” caps with an adjustable snapback closure.

You can also choose the color for your set. This color selection then applies to all caps in the set. We currently offer a total of 8 styles, which are identical for the ADULT Caps and the KIDS Caps.

The coupon code can be located in the middle of your PDF voucher.

You can enter your voucher code in the “Voucher Code” field during the ordering process.

You can redeem your voucher with us within 3 years from the date of purchase. So you can choose your favorite products in peace.

The remaining amount remains valid as a value within your voucher code. On your next purchase, you can simply re-enter the same coupon code and the remaining balance will be used up.

If the voucher does not cover your entire order, you can select a separate payment method for the remaining amount during the ordering process.

Please note: The voucher value cannot be redeemed for the shipping costs!

Yes, it is possible. Simply enter in the cash register at “Send delivery to another address?” that you want to send the shipment as a gift and leave a personal greeting for the recipient.

Your caps will then be sent to the specified address without an enclosed invoice with an internal card with your personal greeting message.

Once your order has been received, we will do everything we can to ensure that your caps will be with you as quickly as possible. As a rule, shipping within Germany takes 1 – 3 business days with DHL. Of course, we will send you a DHL tracking link as soon as the package is on its way to you.

International shipping is possible worldwide and varies depending on the destination country. As long as it is in the EU it can take up to 4 – 7 days. Of course, after shipping through us, you will immediately receive a shipping notification with a DHL tracking link.

Yes, we ship all our parcels exclusively with DHL Go Green. GoGreen is an initiative of DHL for the CO2-neutral transport of shipments. The CO2 emissions degenerated by the transport are determined in accordance with ISO 14064 and then compensated by DHL’s own climate projects in accordance with the objectives and requirements of the Kyoto Protocol.

You have the right to return the products purchased from soulbuddycaps.com within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

All products must be unused and the packaging and labels (if any) must be intact. If you return products, you are responsible for the shipping costs. As soon as we receive the return, we will refund you the purchase price.Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used when ordering the item.

If you want to exchange your item for a different color or size, please return the unwanted item (both hats for a set of 2) and place a new order.

We do not accept any responsibility for goods that are lost on return.

  1. Please fill in the returns form with your name, order number, item details & the reason for returning
  2. Print the returns form and attach it to your package
  3. Send us the items, you can use the attached address label

If you receive a delivery with damaged goods, the wrong size or the wrong cap, please contact us via contact form. We will fix the error as soon as possible. You will then receive a new hat/set as desired or we will refund the purchase price. Important: Please enter your order number when contacting us.

No, if you return products, you are responsible for the shipping costs and you will not receive a return label from us. However, as soon as we receive the return, we will give you the purchase price incl. refund shipping costs.
