How do I find out the right child head size?
There are many ways to find the right size for the children’s cap.
1. Measure the child’s head circumference:
Place a thread around the child’s head and mark the place where the thread meets.
Place the thread on a tape, measure and see how long the thread piece is.
You can find in our Size Chart which size corresponds to the head circumference in cm. [/sg_popup]
What is the difference between SOULBUDDY Caps and FAMILY Caps?
SOULBUDDY Caps = 2er Set bestehen aus 1x ADULT Cap & 1x KIDS Cap
FAMILY Caps = 3er Set bestehen aus 1x ADULT Cap & 2x KIDS Caps

How do I care for my SOULBUDDY caps?
If your SOULBUDDY caps are dirty, wipe the area with a damp cloth.
Please do not wash your caps in the washing machine.
What choice do I have for the sets?
Die SOULBUDDY Caps gibt es im 2er-Set und im 3er-Set. Beide Sets enthalten 1x die ADULT Cap und 1x bzw. 2x die KIDS Caps.
Du kannst bei den KIDS Caps jeweils aus 3 Größen auswählen (S, M oder L). Die ADULT Caps sind “One Size” Caps (53-60cm).
Die Caps KIDS “M” & “L”, sowie die ADULT Cap haben einen verstellbaren Snapback-Verschluss.
Du kannst außerdem die Farbe für dein Set wählen. Diese Farbwahl gilt dann für alle Caps des Sets. Wir bieten verschiedene Styles an, die für ADULT Caps und KIDS Caps identisch sind.

Where can I find the coupon code?
The coupon code can be located in the middle of your PDF voucher.
Where do I have to enter the coupon code?
You can enter your voucher code in the “Voucher Code” field during the ordering process.
How long can I redeem the voucher?
You can redeem your voucher with us within 3 years from the date of purchase. So you can choose your favorite products in peace.
What happens to the balance if I don’t redeem the voucher in its entiren?
The remaining amount remains valid as a value within your voucher code. On your next purchase, you can simply re-enter the same coupon code and the remaining balance will be used up.
What happens if the value of the goods exceeds the voucher value?
If the voucher does not cover your entire order, you can select a separate payment method for the remaining amount during the ordering process.
Please note: The voucher value cannot be redeemed for the shipping costs!
Can I combine multiple vouchers?
No, unfortunately that is not possible.
Can I pay out the voucher value?
No, that is not possible. You can only redeem the voucher on https://www.soulbuddycaps.com.

Can I send the caps as a gift?
Ja, das ist möglich. Gib hierzu einfach in der Kasse bei „Als Geschenk versenden?“ JA ein und hinterlasse optional eine persönliche Grußbotschaft für die/den Beschenkten.
Deine Caps werden dann ohne beiliegende Rechnung an die angegebene Adresse verschickt inkl. einer innenliegenden Karte mit der persönlichen Grußbotschaft.
How long does it take to ship within Germany
Once your order has been received, we will do everything we can to ensure that your caps will be with you as quickly as possible. As a rule, shipping within Germany takes 1 – 3 business days with DHL. Of course, we will send you a DHL tracking link as soon as the package is on its way to you.
How long does international shipping take?
International shipping is possible worldwide and varies depending on the destination country. As long as it is in the EU it can take up to 4 – 7 days. Of course, after shipping through us, you will immediately receive a shipping notification with a DHL tracking link.
Do you ship in a climate-neutral way?
Yes, we ship all our parcels exclusively with DHL Go Green. GoGreen is an initiative of DHL for the CO2-neutral transport of shipments. The CO2 emissions degenerated by the transport are determined in accordance with ISO 14064 and then compensated by DHL’s own climate projects in accordance with the objectives and requirements of the Kyoto Protocol.

Can I return or exchange ordered caps?
You have the right to return the products purchased from soulbuddycaps.com within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
All products must be unused and the packaging and labels (if any) must be intact. If you return products, you are responsible for the shipping costs. As soon as we receive the return, we will refund you the purchase price.Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used when ordering the item.
If you want to exchange your item for a different color or size, please return the unwanted item (both hats for a set of 2) and place a new order.
We do not accept any responsibility for goods that are lost on return.
How does the return work for my Soulbuddy Caps?

- Schicke uns die Artikel zu, du kannst gerne das beigefügte Adressetikett verwenden
What happens if I get an incorrect hat or size?
Solltest du eine Lieferung mit beschädigter Ware, die falsche Größe oder das falsche Cap erhalten, kontaktiere uns bitte über das Kontaktformular. Wir werden den Fehler schnellstmöglich beheben. Du erhältst dann je nach Wunsch ein neues Cap/Set oder wir erstatten dir den Kaufpreis zurück. Wichtig: Bitte gib bei der Kontaktaufnahme deine Bestellnummer an.
What happens if something is missing from my order?
If a hat is missing in your delivery, please contact us via contact form. You will receive a new product as desired or we will refund the purchase price. Important: Please enter your order number when contacting us.
Will I receive a return shipping label?
No, if you return products, you are responsible for the shipping costs and you will not receive a return label from us. However, as soon as we receive the return, we will give you the purchase price incl. refund shipping costs.
