Product Questions & Sizes

There are several ways to find out the right size for babies and children. 

 1. Measure the child's head: 


 Wrap a thread around the child's head and mark where the thread meets. Place the thread on a tape measure and see how long the piece of thread is. You can find out which children’s size corresponds to the head circumference in cm in our size charts

 2. Use our age information as a guide: 

 If you want to give the cap as a gift and cannot measure the head size, use the approximate age information for the respective child size as a guide. You can find the age information in our size charts.

SOULBUDDY Caps/Beanies - sets of 2 consist of 1x ADULT size & 1x KIDS size

FAMILY Caps/Beanies - Sets of 3 consist of 1x ADULT size & 2x KIDS sizes.  Of course you can also use our cap configurator or beanie configurator to put together your individual set with up to 10 products.

As soon as a product is sold out, you can enter your email address directly on the product page to be notified when the product is back. We will also inform you via our newsletter as soon as new products are back in the shop.

If your SOULBUDDY Caps are dirty, wipe off the dirty areas with a damp cloth. 
The cap should not be soaked with water. 
Can I wash caps in the washing machine? 
Please do NOT wash your caps in the washing machine. The visor breaks in the washing machine and the cap loses its beautiful shape.

You can wash your SOULBUDDY Beanies by hand. Please use a gentle detergent.

Payment & Delivery

All our products are sent without an invoice, so you can give away your order right away. 

Unfortunately, personal messages cannot be added at the moment.

As soon as we have received your order, we will do everything we can to ensure that your new favorite items will be with you as quickly as possible. As a rule, shipping within Germany with DHL takes 2 - 4 working days. 

Of course we will send you a carrier tracking link as soon as the package is on its way to you.

International shipping is possible worldwide and varies depending on the destination country. As long as it is in the EU it can take 4 - 7 working days. 

Of course, you will immediately receive a shipping notification with a tracking link by email after shipping.

Yes, to Germany and Austria we ship all our packages exclusively with DHL Go Green. GoGreen is an initiative by DHL for the CO2-neutral transport of shipments. The CO2 emissions caused by transport are determined according to ISO 14064 and then offset by DHL's own climate projects in accordance with the goals and specifications of the Kyoto Protocol.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping of your order. The shipping time and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. Please see the information on deliveries and shipping.

Returns & Revocations

We hope that you are happy with your order. 

Should this not be the case, you have the right to return the products purchased from soulbuddylook.com within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All products must be unworn and free of stains etc. 

We would like to point out that you bear the costs for the return. As soon as we have received your return and the goods have been checked by us, the refund will be made via the original payment method that you selected when placing your order. 

Please use our returns form for your return.

  1. Please fill out the following form with your name, order number, item details and the reason for the return 
  2. Print out the returns form and enclose it with your package 
  3. Send us the items, you are welcome to use the attached address label

ATTENTION for returns from SWITZERLAND/non-EU countries

Please note “return” on the package. It is also mandatory that you attach Soulbuddy's original invoice to the OUTSIDE of the package in a clear shipping bag/sleeve. This is important so that German customs can process your return.


Notes: We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost on return and recommend insured shipping with tracking. We would like to point out that you bear the costs for the return. You can find out more information about refunds and return costs here
If you receive a delivery with damaged goods, the wrong size or wrong color, please contact us using the contact form
We will fix the error as soon as possible. 

Depending on your wishes, you will then receive a new item/set or we will refund the purchase price.

We ask for your understanding that our orders do not include a return label and that you bear the costs for the return. Feel free to use tools like our size charts to minimize the chance of a return.
A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. You are welcome to return the item(s) and place a new order. Please use our returns form for the return.
